Shopping Guide Part Two

Alright, so we discussed the various brands you can find in your grocery store, and which teas you should get for which health benefits.

Now for a shopping list that will both please your tastebuds and give you some health benefits too!

Revolution's White Tangerine, $4.99
Adagio's Jasmine Green, $8.00
Revolution's Dragon Eye Oolong, $4.99
Bigelow's Green Tea, $2.99
Bigelow's Constant Comment, $2.99

This covers white, green, oolong and black teas.

I have to admit, this is a short post, but I am on vacation in very sunny San Francisco, and two darling nieces command my attention!
