Your disclaimer is amusing. Are you worried about the FDA? The truth is, tea is one of the healthiest things you can eat or drink. One of the reasons there are inconclusive studies is that many of them are poorly designed. My experience says that tea does benefits health. I take a supplement with 5 herbs -one of them is green tea. I notice a really big difference with inflammation issues - particularly arthritis. My friends have had benefits with blood pressure, cholesterol and immunity. I drink it too!
